First off, doesn't resolve any issues within the body really, or it will just be ineffective and slow at it, so you won't live your life reaping the benefits
Second, people try to make it seem like it's a strict raw meat diet but that's an extremely unnatural premise, humans eat whatever they get their hands on
Third, it doesn't make you "not stress". It actually makes your body weaker to tolerating stress.
Never stressing is good, and really the lesson Goatis shares is "do what you want" and "just incorporate more good foods rather than eliminating bad foods", but lots of people seem to have missed that message. However, this strict shit is stressful depending on the scenario, and it's not really beneficial for weight loss either (which isn't bad, but if you are overweight, it won't help you ascend!)

Its good if you can't control yourself around certian food groups due to binge eating disorders, or have underlying health issues like diabetes

That's only partly true. Yeah you're right that paleo humans used to eat "whatever they can get their hands on" but most studies show that diet of all ancient people were based mostly on meat. You can google it yourself.

Raw meat alone, our natural diet, won’t fix ratios in the body and won’t get rid of toxins. There needs to be a detoxing element in a diet and a protective element. Neither of those exist for muh natural diet

I agree but I don't think it can be stressful. Anything that is natural for your body can't be a stress.

Fully agree with this last part. Do what you want to do its law.
Being on raw primal can be stressful if you make it the center of your life. I've been a victim of stressing about eating well too, not worth the stress. Just eat natural healthy foods whenever you can, but don't stress when you cant or don't on a given occasion.
In the end, the diet isn't cope in that it can help your life and looks, but as has been said, it isn't magic or something that will turn you from ltn to chad.

Thats why natural carbs like fruit and honey are good. Animal based diet type thing.
