Discussion Will mewing make my face wider

Some people tell me it wont and others tell me it will. my cheekbones are the widest part of my face by overall my face is just a little wider than id like it to be and i want to know if mewing would make it worse or improve that.

i felt like this about 2 years ago when i was really hard mewing. my face was really wide and idk i just looked overall worse. it def does improve your jawline but can also make you look worse if you already have a face towards the wider side. soft mewing is probably best for us, where you still keep correct tongue posture but dont put so much pressure
