what's the minimum calories to not slow it downCould be because you're eating too few calories. Only 1000 a day will slow down your metabolism and make it harder to lose weight. Also, without a scale, it’s hard to tell if you’re actually losing weight or just not seeing visible changes. Try eating a bit more (but still in a deficit), adjust your workout, and track progress with measurements or photos. Sometimes, too little food or stress can also mess with progress.
