What age is it "over" for a woman?

To clarify, I mean what age normally would a woman pretty much not be able to ascend anymore through puberty and would pretty much be stuck with her features unless she gets surgery. (I'm 14 and am curious if it is still possible for me to ascend)

I'm just curious about the whole face in general I guess. I know certain features are most likely already done growing while some are still going to grow
