From my personal experience, bloat is very real. It can have your face going from a runway model to looking
like Baymax from Big Hero 6 if you’re not careful.
I’m gonna go over a few ways to debloat that are worth mentioning.
potassiummaxx
Ideally you want to be in that 4:1 salt to potassium ratio to stay debloated.
Potassium rich foods like bananas, avocados, potatoes work.
You can also use potassium supplements like potassium chloride (KCI). Nosalt (4:1), a salt alternative, is also a good
way to get potassium in.
Just don’t go overboard with these supplements.
cardio and sauna
Cardio is a great way to get rid of water retention in the body. Sauna is the best way to go if you want to get rid of
almost all your water retention. Just sit in there for 15-30 mins and watch the hollow cheeks come.
Some people sit in a sauna for hours, but you probably have better things to do (or not).
leanmaxx
Believe it or not, some people sit around 15%+ bodyfat and they do all these debloating methods. Hoping to get hollow
cheeks. Get real, its never going to happen.
Lose some bodyfat.
lasix/furosemide
I strongly suggest AGAINST using this as its not intended for recreational use and it can seriously mess up your electrolyte
levels and even land you in the hospital (some people have btw).
Sauna has pretty much the same effect anyways.
That is all for today.
Prob water thread for most of u btw.
If u know all these methods and you're not sitting at 12% bf or lower being a shredded sick cvnt, then wtf are u even doing..
