try to create vaccum in your mouth by repeatedly sawollowing your saliva then you tongue will automaticall be attached to the roof withouth hurting

make sure ur breathing from ur nose
swallow ur saliava and notice ur tounge will automatically go on ur roof
try to hold that position it may feel weird in the start but you will get used to it
