I am only facepulling and zygopulling, I do the circuit 3 times I am on day 6. Total routine takes 12-20 mins. I have been seeing results instantly, I find that intensity builds density. To optimize this do you think that MK677 will help with larger bone development?

Thumbpulling does nothing and there's no evidence it would ever do anything for your face. If you're seeing 'results' instantly for a concept that's meant to require years, it's probably just you pressing down the face fat temporarily. You can try, and if you like it there's no harm in doing it, but it's probably going to be a waste of your time long term. You cannot dramatically change your bone structure without surgery.

I've heard good anecdotal experiences with ibutamoren but I cannot vouch for it personally.
