hi everyonee, i'm Angelica and i'm from Italy. I've started getting into the looksmaxxing's world like two years ago but i'm still not really confident and happy with my look.

Does anyone of you can advice me some nice workouts for defining body shape? I'm already on a calorie deficit and my weight it's good for my height, but i'm just trying to find some workout for defining as i said. Then i would love to improve my face's shape as it's one of the things i'm most insicured about right now, because it's a little bit chubby and apart from my personal diet, i'm using gua-sha but i don't like the shape... any advices? Thx :)
