for some people mewing works if your under 16-17 years old mewing could still work because your bone is mail-able but be warned some transformations people just change the angle and lighting.
I still believe if your young enough it could work pretty well but in my personal view the majority of 20-22 year old mewing transformation is not what it seems more like they leaned out or got cosmetic stuff done or changed the lighting. The 14- 16 year old mewing transformations seem more legit
As for me I just wanted to share the before mewing and while mewing photo.
(if I'm being honest I'm hard mewing here yet my resting face is still the same)
