Everyone knows the long standing meme of "innerlightmaxxing" and boil it down to a pure joke, but I'm here to tell you that it is not what it seems. Working on your mentality, approach to life, mood, and spiritual/ mental growth can genuinely help you "ascend". In this case it's more of a transcendence. Once you can choose to be happy, see yourself in your desired reality, and see a different view or "plane" of existence, you can sort of shift reality to see it any way you like. This whole life is observed by us through our individual perceptions, and by changing yours for the better, your whole world effectively changes. This all relates to inner light in that if you work on your self, ascending your spiritual and mental self, you will reflect what you belive into real life. And I'm not talking about fake or forced beliefs, but if you actually believe something then you watch how it changes you.

I dug myself out of inceldom and depression through innerlightmaxxing. I will stand by this. It takes a lot, especially for someone who is cemented into their negativity. However, it is possible to transcend, and in that you will find a better life. I am confident now that I can see my life how I want to, and even obtaining what I want isn't an issue. This life is like a game.

If you mean not sitting on your ass, and viewing life in a hopeful and enthusiastic way, then yes abseloutly.

If you mean working on your mentality and overall view of life will work enough to compensate for your starting position (height + looks), then no.
