It is something underrated that will definitely make your life way better.
Today you see people who are chronically on their phone etc,even outside.
I literally don’t understand these people,I see tons people around scrolling on TikTok while walking outside,why bother?
This alone really causes heavy effects on small pleasures in life.
Meanwhile tribe members of east Africa for example get extremely happy in simple moments such as eating.
Modern advancements such as phones and other electronical devices (I sound like an grandma here) completely stripped off the importance of other joys.
They dull out your brains release of serotonin and dopamine from other things that are supposed to make you happy.
If you’re outside,surrounded by trees,plants and sunlight and find that boring,then something is wrong with you.
So many things around you are supposed to make you happy,but nowadays no one gets the joy from them.
Simple things that can fix this problem:
-Fixing nutrition
-Spending more time outside (not in a city)
-Trying to embrace simple things for a long time (beautiful views for example)
-Even extra sunlight can help.
