I will try it today usually when I do lateral raises I feel it in my shoulders a ton. but also my upper traps which makes it hard for me to properly target my shoulders.

These feel good my upper traps don't take over here usually when I do them I bend over slightly like this
I will start isolation exercises today and tell you guys how it felt and results
