Serious How to go from a 4/10 to a 9/10 or 10/10

Hi guys I'm new here and REALLY want to change how I look like. I personally think I'm a 4 but many random people have complimented me and have said that I'm pretty or beautiful, but I don't feel so. How can I go from a 4 to a 9 or 10? (I just posted a pics but I'm kinda insecure lol) <333

It's easier for people to help u if u point out your specific issues (ex: how to make my eyebags clear), without pics it's hard to say anything. But in general, there are some improvements you could make as skin care, hair care, exercises, etc... but it depends a lot on your personal needs.

You need to make them thicker not to occupy more area
In fact after making them ticker you should trim and shape them
