i’ve been trying to lose weight for a bit over a month. i’m 175cm and was 67kg in like december and 60kg now but i still have fat around my waist and hips etc and i want my legs to be slimmer but i’m not sure what to do
 
what kind of workouts do you rec
if you dont want to increase cortisol to crazy levels id suggest a low calorie deficit, like a few hundred calories in order to preserve general health. And to achieve this deficit just eat high protein, nutrient dense meals and do low intensity cardio like stair master oe incline walking, 7kg in 3 months is honestly quite a lot of weight to lose so u are doing well

i’ve tried eating a lot less today but i started to get hot, shakey, sweaty and felt like i was going to pass out. idk how i’m supposed to do a calorie deficit when this is what happened

that a results of low blood sugar, if you experience those symptoms eat carbs/sugar, sounds like your eating too little, make sure to track your caloric intake and don’t over do it
