•What is high cranial top?
The cranial top is the distance from the top of your skull to your hairline:

High cranial top means equal distance between the area between your brows to hairline & hairline to the top of your skull (1:1 ratio)
•What are the benefits of having a high cranial top?
It makes you look more dismorphic and youthful and makes your facial features appear more prominent and delicate. It naturally draws attention to the area between our eyebrows and eyes. Having a high cranial top is a good way to distract people from failos related to the nose or lips from the front view.

A great example of a celebrity with a high cranial top is Jennie from Blackpink:

•How to identify if you're suitable for high or low cranial top hairstyles?
1)Level of your eyes
Relax your face and look straight into the camera. Take a picture and draw 3 lines: on the top of your head, the level of your eyes and under your chin.
If your eyes are more levelled above, high cranial top would be suitable for you. But if your eyes are more levelled below the standard ratio, you don't need to increase the height of your cranial top.

Not suitable:

2)Lenght of the face
If you have a longer face, avoid increasing the height of your cranial top. It will only increase the visual impression of a long face!
3)The upper proportion of your face
The upper proportion is the area from your hairline to your brows (the forehead). If your forehead is proportionally larger than your other facial thirds, it's best to avoid adding height to your cranial top.
•How to achieve a high cranial top?
Here are a few methods you can try to increase the height of your cranial top:
-Use volumising products on damp hair. When blow-drying, focus on the roots first and make sure you do it upwards, while using a round brush. After you're done with the roots, move down to the tips of your hair.
-Hair rollers: After you're done blowing-drying your hair, use hair rollers and wrap your hair around the rollers while it cools down.

-Use a bump up hair clip on each side and secure it close to the roots of your hair and then hide it with layers of hair on top:
-Another popular trick is to use a curling iron and push the base of your hair in the opposite direction, like this:
-Applying dry shampoo and then blow-drying your hair, which can make it appear more voluminous.
-Voluminous hairstyles
•Hardmaxxing options:
-Skull reshaping surgery
-Platelet-rich plasma: A treatment thats often used to promote hair growth. PRP therapy injects platelet-rich plasma cells into the affected area of your scalp (plasma is the liquid part of your blood). There’s no risk of contracting a communicable disease with PRP therapy, because it involves injecting your own blood into your scalp. Higher platelet concentrations in PRP have a more pronounced effect on hair density, hair follicle diameter, and terminal hair density.
There are limited side effects, though u may experience: pain during the treatment, headache, swelling, itching, temporarily discoloration. And keep in mind that It’s important to speak with a healthcare professional about PRP therapy before starting the treatment!!
