You should meditate everyday. I have meditated for one hour every day for six months straight. Those 15 minute meditations you see online are complete and utter bullshit. Not going to do anything in the slightest. 1 hour- default mode network. 15 minutes- doesn't do anything with your default mode network. -No disconnection from stress. No shrinking of your amygdala. I did The Wim Hof Method, which is going into snow and laying down in it with minimal clothes or when snow wasn't available I'd do cold water. It's not cold. We just think it is.

I guarantee you, there's certain days that you will wake up and say "I don't wanna do this" "I don't wanna have a cold shower". "I don't wanna sit here for an hour and do nothing" But I assure you, doing nothing is doing everything.

Yes, if i were you I would (and have) majority switched gym out for calisthenics, what I do for training legs is

-Squats- bodyweight, jump squats, pistol squats
-Lunges- forward, backward, jumping
-Step-ups, use sturdy surface
-Wall sits for isometric strength
-Calf raises on flat ground or elevated surface
-Glute bridges standard and single-leg
-Nordic curls for hamstrings
-Shrimp squats- balance and strength
-Bulgarian split squats- use a bench or platform
-Sissy squats- quad-focused, advanced
-Box jumps- plyometric power
-Skater squats for balance and leg strength
-Hill sprints or stair climbs- explosive endurance

Calisthenics isn't really a thing I or some people have the coordination for, and honestly meditation is useless asf if you're a person who has questionable focus
