How to avoid morning inflamation (especially acne)? HELP GTFIH

What have you done in an attempt to treat your acne? The basic suggestions are going to be wash your face at night, put on some type of acne treatment, wash your bedding more often, and wash your face a few times a day throughout the day if you notice your skin is super oily.

i do all that, i cleanse in the evening and wash with water throughout the day

Hmm. It could be that you're over-washing if the skin is still oily after washing it a few times a day. Have you tried using a different cleanser?

How old are you? It sounds like it could be hormonal acne.

'Oily' skin is just the skin producing more sebum. The reason why your skin produces more sebum varies, but it's mainly to keep the skin from drying out. Normally people who deal with 'oily' skin have a tendency to not wash their faces often enough, and so the sebum clogs their pores, which is why the default suggestion is to use a cleanser and wash your face throughout the day. It's possible you're over-doing it, which can also produce more sebum.

Yes, I understand. Statement still applies. You should try using a more gentle cleanser.

If you have health insurance, you can try seeing a dermatologist. It's hard to give advice on very limited information and where I can't see the skin. If you wanted you could send photos and I can try and give more specific details, but you should try a new cleanser if you're wanting to do something more tame, counting you said you didn't want to do Accutane.

Diet change will help dramatically. You can try a retinoid.
