How do you think girls look without make-up and styling?

99% of times the women posted here have make-up, styling and good lighting and camera quality but I am curious how you think a girl actually looks like under all that?

I prefer no makeup whenever possible. I don't mean the 'no makeup makeup look', just plain skin. Makeup doesn't bother me but it's just not my thing for some reason. I honestly think a majority of women look better without it, but I know they like doing it and they like wearing it.
