Could I achieve that with infraorbital implants, a browridge implant, a side wing osteotomy, a chin shield osteotomy and a rhinoplasty?

this gives both horizontal and vertical lengthening of chin right? but I think it might make the chin appear a bit narrower from the front

just get a beard transplant via DHI technique

I am interested on it because apparently it does not make the mentolabial fold deeper.

I would change vertical position of the nasion
from this pic it looks between the lower limbus and midpupil range (closer to midpupil)
I would aim for between upper eyelid margin and supratarsal fold

I would also make your nostrils more parallel to the floor, they're inclined upwards too much in this pic imo

ik it doesn't deepen the mentolabial fold but if you look at results especially where there is vertical lengthening it makes the chin appear less broad
It seems to mostly benefit you saggitally and coronally but not transversally
implant can do all three I think

i find it best to intially refer to nasal base inclination which is angle between the line connecting the anterior and posterior ends of the nostril and vertical facial plane.
Nasolabial angle can be distorted or confusing due to role of upper lip and columella. They say 90-95 is ideal for men but many african/black males have as low as 75 due to excessive upper lip inclination. But if you strictly use nb inclination they would have something within the 90-100 range.

Look at Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, he has near perfect nb inclination and nasolabial angle imo.
He has an extremely dimorphic nose especially from the front
