i started mewing one week ago and i am noticing that my palate is expanding but today i feel like my my palate has move upward due to constant tongue pressure and i am not able to put my tongue on it i have trouble in mewing plz help me out?
 
Push through it,will take years to adjust bro also mewing is kind of cope no proof it works so don't stress to much
