is the mewing a way to shorten my nose and midface or would surgery be my only option?

you can´t really influence your midface by mewing too much. But you don´t need to stress about little things like that. Brother you are more attractive than 80% - 90% of the population because you have great facial harmony, which is the most important facial feature.

bro sticking your tongue to the roof of your mouth will not change your midface. it is stupid to think that people wont even use a braincell to realize how idiotic this logic is. please think before you ask something like that bro. surgery is the only option, or you can try and get a better jaw to balance it out. but you cant shorten your midface.
