The sclera is the most important , so you need to maintain good basic health principles , maybe use sclera whitening stuff , something like Tetrahydrozoline. NAC is also good for sclera whitening because of anti oxidant function.
Lutein and zeaxanathin
You should consume organs / beans for molybdenum to support liver enzymes function, maintain good nutrient balance, lower blue light , good natural circadian ryhtym, basic shit icl.
Detoxifying the body can also improve eye color empirically that I've seen in my primal dieting acquaintances , solid improvements of the coloring of the iris.
Contacts are also great, just pick realistic ones . Laser iridoplasty will permanently modify the eye color , extremely OP.
Sclera is actually an indicator of health tho and should be top focus

does tetrahydrozoline lighten the sclera only if it's an unusual color? also, are there side effects?

Didn't look into it too much tbh, I just knew something like it existed. It will still make improvements even if you have decent sclera already

i just looked up the side effects and It says they could be: persistent eye irritation, blurred vision, mydriasis and elevated blood pressure, so Its a bit brutal
