If you have ever purchased a funnel, then you may have been a brainlet at some point in time. A funnel is an obsolete product, used to rapidly transfer fluids (or solid fluids) into another container without any spillage. funnels usually have tighter necks though and that helps a lot with transferring fluid into another bottle

funnels usually have tighter necks though and that helps a lot with transferring fluid into another bottle

let's say, for example, you have a bottle with a neck diameter of 2cm
now let's also say that you have a funnel with a neck diameter that is 1cm
now would you rather use another bottle with a 2cm diameter and risk spillage, or play it safe and use the 1cm diameter funnel?
the speed doesn't really matter, in places where you have access to a funnel (usually at home), you have all the time in the world
but yeah a bigger diameter of the funnel neck would increase flow

Ah yeah, I misinterpreted what you were trying to say.

Anyway, what I have found is just delitter, pick up trash, you can glue a vodka bottle with a tiny neck to another bottle, so you do not have to spend a dime on a funnel. This will also save the whole planet.
