Info “Winter Depression” is just a lack of vitamin D3 and D2

Kind of water,but some people actually don’t know about this.
Between November till February the sun dosen’t shine so much there is no main vitamin D source.
And I will also claim that “depression” in general is also a lack of vitamin D.
Responsible for circadian rhythm,mood,energy,hormone synthesis,lack these functions due to an deficiency and of course you’ll fall into depression.
Supplementing Vitamin D3 is still not better than getting exposure from sunlight,make sure you spend at least 3 hours outside if the sun shines.

D2 from non-animal foods isn't absorbed that much through the liver, higher doses of D3 (10k UI) should be taken alongside K2 and magnesium for a better absorbtion.

And if you can't get enough sun (work, school, area), you need to use a luminotherapy lamp, and some red light therapy if needed

its not just vit d. when living in the uk i walked 30k steps in the cold with minimal clothing even though i was freezing just to get extra vit d so I got enough vit d i still felt depressed cause i couldnt physically see the sun
