My girlfriend told me a week ago that she made a "shifting journal" and is using it to drain my balls every night when she goes to sleep. Is this like lucid dreaming? Sounds kinda culty.

It's "reality shifting" it was a HUGE thing on TikTok in 2020. But people were using it to go to hogwarts or other TV shows. You basically create a "script" of what you want ur desired reality to look like, then you shift there. It is most likely lucid dreaming but people claim to spend years in their desired reality in one night of their current one. I think it's a big hoax.
