Unable to lock in

Said I was actually going to try lose some weight on Monday but its almost Wednesday now and I havent even worked out or started dieting. Gonna try do daily or weekly updates here to see if that would help me stay on track but anyone have any tips on how to lock in? or do i just not want it bad enough? :monkahmm:

Just go in that deficit. It will be worth it. No insecurities, better look , you can style your clothes, your bones will not hurt , people will treat u better. It doesnt take that long after 9 monhts u will be new person. Remember this reasons and after some time u will literally feel like shif if u dont workout trust. You will see this results and confidence will skyrocket .Watch a lot of videos with fitness content to keep yourself motivated . Keep on going and start slow and go harder each time . Its so fucking worth i was obese and life now is so good.

lose the "lock in" mentality, It does the opposite of what you want.

I got rejected by a girl 1 month ago and Ive already lost 4-5kgs bro. Walk up to the baddest girl in ur school and get rejected. Infinite motivation + youll get disciplined if ur motivated all the time, even after it runs out

some websites I use for dieting are
the bmr calculator (https://www.calculator.net/bmr-calculator.html)
I also have an excel sheet listing kcal etc and I renew it every week. You don't have to go into the extreme just try.
Also u can get like a weight loss buddy if it helps u stay accountable.
