• Wash face with soft water and organic soap daily
• Apply salicylic acid when a breakout occurs
• Clean up your diet
• Sweat a lot when you exercise

Yes exfoliate but for blackheads I use a tweazer or fingers to get it out. Then I rinse with cold water.
You can also use nose strips...... don't really work imo
