Short info, kind of busy right now.

The sphenoid bone of the neurocranium, known for causing asymmetries if not developed properly.
Many people keep talking about in order to fix asymmetries you must sleep on your back constantly which I’ll prove wrong for people who have limited knowledge about it.

First, sleeping on your back in unnatural except when you’re a infant and your horizontal support is best when the infant on it’s back.
It takes lots of getting used to for someone who has never slept on their back because naturally you don’t feel comfortable in a back position, naturally you’d sleep however you find it comfortable.
Sleeping also does not create asymmetries, your pillow would be too soft to generate enough force to shift your cranial bones in a different alignment.
A cause of facial deformity by wrong sleeping position is only applied during infancy, where the infants entire body is like of made of jello.

Real causes:
Postural muscles are imbalanced.
Bad nutrition during developing years.
Posture habits.
Allergies.
Bad breathing.

Also to mention, sleeping on your back will not cause your “facial structure to reset back to normal”.

Newbies take notes😣🥰
