please add Penis maxxing / Dih maxxing as a niche forum since it has alot of details and can get intricate.

my arguements for this would be unironically reddit.

ill put in short bullet points for what i do right now


  • enter bathroom and create a warm but not steaming hot envoirment just enough to feel warm
  • 2 DO NOT OPEN ANY PORN put the brain into porn mode / horny mode best way i can describe it
  • 3 take a warm towerl and put hot water on it and then wait a little bit to put it on your penis to warm it up shouldnt hurt should your penis semi hard
  • then slowly and carefull stroke and equaly straight foward or up never to any angle or side
  • then take my vacume pump and test * make sure to buy proper penis pump not any random vacume pump or u will blow your penis of your body
  • then take a ruler and mark where your dick is at semi hard and mark it on the ruler and pump
  • begin to use the pump and pump to a point where your dick is above the semi hard line but make sure your not pumping to a point of pain
  • i keep the pump there for around 15 minutes or more
i forgot to mention i do take vitamins and suplements im sadly not on my phone but i will edit the mssage later to show what supplements and vitamins i take that promote collagen production and some other stuff related to blood flow

i would refer to these for example you cannot use any pump for example when it comes to your penis that isnt speficially made for penis pumping look at these example pumps they have a specific design i hope that helps

First, I'm a dude. Second, the point of sub categories are to hold thousands of threads. There's legitimately not enough content. At most, and this is quite generous, you'd have 100 threads of detailed information and guides. The rest are going to be thousands of dudes asking the exact same question over and over again.
