Try spending as much time outside as you can without any distractions and I’m not talking about a urban area with people constantly walking around.
Try finding a place where you can get your mind off,it dosen’t matter where if the area is surrounded by tree’s,grass, moss or whatever other things you can think of that are found in nature.
If you have a garden and you live in an area that’s rather isolated or in the outskirts of a city that would work too.
What I like to do a lot is go to the forest for at least 2 hours whenever it’s sunny and the conditions match.
If your nearest forest is known to have some animals that could be threatening in some shape or form you could bring a effective knife with you obviously.

Here’s what I like to do:
-Simply walking around.
-Crafting a fully wooden spear by sharpening a stable stick.
-inspect berries (don’t eat them if you don’t know them of course) or any kind of other small thing you could put your interest in.
-I also like to just stand in the sunlight so I won’t be deficient in Vitamin D

The most important goal is to get your mind off things completely, compare your thoughts at home vs outside and you’ll realize the difference.
For me,I don’t know if it’s just me or everybody but songs constantly play in my head and I don’t feel at ease when I’m completely alone in my house.

This is completely obvious and I know, but barely anyone does it.
Get your mind off things, focus on the small things around you.

Broke my ldar streak and went outside today for a good amount of time. Haven’t felt this good in a long time tbh.
I walked around the city, seeing other ppl (ofc that includes ppl with gfs :peeporiot:, but I don really mind them anymore tbh) and talking to others is a nice as well. Too little physical activity actually makes me feel very gloomy.

Tell me you're 12 years old without telling me you're 12 years old.

Going somewhere with nature alone feels weird for me, idk why.
