I have a shit under eye area and it’s ruining my life. I’m planning on getting fat grafts next month, then a saddled infra malar implant to try to make my eyes more compact and less ghoulish. Where on the ct scan would I be augmenting exactly? And Is it possible to see the deficiency here?

Same problem but , except for me it's not the shape of the orbits but rather some kind of hollowness
I have a shit eye area but it shouldn't stop you unless your jaw is shit or your harmony is just plain put it bad
