this shit’s confusing to me when it really shouldn’t be.

see now, whenever I rate someone, male or female, I’m always told I’m glazing or something of that sort. Usually, I’m quite literally not. I rate people based off of ratios and harmony and other important matters, I do not rate people based off of my preferences.

This comes to another thing, when I’m rated, results always vary, even with those who are deemed as “professional raters” (jfl)

I’ve tried to gauge how people rate, especially those who are seen as good raters, however, results always vary.

People who I think are htn are sometimes deemed ltn and vise versa.

Is there, like, a document somewhere that teaches me the difference between normie ratings and bp ratings?

If you really rate that way, congratulations: it's admirable.

Regarding content of rate tutorials, I do not know

i was voted the best rater in ************ history

ratings will vary bc even though we try to be as objective as possible its still inevitably subjective, but the best raters will usually give ratings around the same level

generally an underrated sign of an S tier rater is if they're willing to double back on their rating if they realise it was slightly off or they were being a little hasty

Rating is bullshit and it's why I don't do it. Just share your thoughts about the face when asked - that's what I do.
