what is this transformation ina bout a year a cause of ?
tbh I wanna say nose breathing and mewing but its probably more the fact I was 5ft 2 in the photo and I weight 115 and now I'm 5ft 3 and is like a good 7-8 pounds lighter. pluse an extra inch of height can change the relative weight look a decent amount
