i think It has more to do with the fact that when you're looking at screens for prolonged periods of time your eye muscles aren't getting the workout they would be getting when going out and looking at things. and even then, i doubt that It has that much impact on your canthal tilt unless you've been staring at screens for 8 hours a day since you were a baby. so it's mainly cope to think that simply moving your eyes around a lot can fix nct
