I only use it on big test study sessions, just wondering if anyone has a way to somewhat mitigate the effects and use it for a prolonged amount of timme. It really does help, but it makes me more of an asshole and do a bunch of trivial shit all the time whilst studying.
I use 20-40mg on those big study seshs
